Deeply concern by low-income communities that are not progressing due to the depression being caused by the current state of the economy,
Realizing that there are many people with depression who cannot progress and therefore are letting them selves be taken from a healthy life;
Encouraging the creation of more programs that would help people with bills, loans and basically the coverage of their basic needs;
Affirming that this is a necessity since many people specially those in low income communities do not have an equal quality life as others;
Stressing that as time goes on the less the people in need are being helped and they have no support what so ever and they begin to become ill and then eventually if the situation does not better they can also die;
Taking into account that there are many barriers that will prevent this change in the economy where everything is equal for all;
1. Proposing to help inform people in the community that there is help provided and if they are not eligible, help will be found;
2. Applauds that there are organizations that are helping people overcome their illness and are being able to progress out of their depression;
3. Suggests that we need change in the system in order to prosper as one;
4. Demands that there should be more equality amongst people no matter what social class they are in;
5. Expresses the hope of forming an agreement so that people have a chance to be a part of the change and also be able to progress in a society that is equal to all.
